Change this...

• Elevations greater than m (NAVD 88) are transparent, regardless of year
• Exceedance >= is red (frequent flooding)
• Exceedance in the range - is pink (moderate flood risk)
• Exceedance < is blue (low risk)

To this...

• Frequent flooding (more than once per year)
• Moderate to high risk (greater than 0.1 per year / 10% annual chance)
• Moderate risk (0.1 to 0.01 per year / 10% to 1% annual chance
• Moderate to low risk (less than 0.01 per year / 1% annual chance)

I recommend...

• Frequent flooding (more than once per year)
• High risk (greater than 0.1 per year / 10% annual chance)
• Moderate risk (0.1 to 0.01 per year / 10% to 1% annual chance
• Low risk (less than 0.01 per year / 1% annual chance)
